Rejie Baloyos is the Chief Coaching Officer of The 2nd Chance Project, USA, and author of a guidebook, “Become A Successful Immigrant.” In her previous role with My Sister’s House, she served as Employment and Immigration Program Manager. She was responsible for coordinating and monitoring case management for clients, providing mentoring to staff and youth leaders, and representing immigration humanitarian cases. In 2015, Baloyos received the Advocate of the Year from the California Partnership to End Domestic Violence (CPEDV). Her leadership is inspired by the people she serves and her training from the Human Trafficking Leadership Academy and the Leadership Education & Advancement Professional (LEAP). Currently, she serves as a Coaching Consultant for ValorUS and National Human Trafficking & Technical Assistance Center (NHTTAC). She earned an MA in International and Multicultural Education with an emphasis in Human Rights from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Secondary Education in the Philippines.
