Description

Supervising prevention programs takes a high level of skill, including balancing complex relationships, managing evolving strategies, and leading with intention. Yet, many of us step into these roles without the same level of training or support that the work demands. Prevention programs and managing them come with unique challenges that can sometimes feel isolating. This space is here to change that. We are building community among prevention supervisors to connect, build leadership and management skills, and grow programs together. We hope you’ll join these sessions to share ideas, gain tools, and feel more supported in your role.

Sessions occur every first Wednesday of the Month from 3:00pm - 4:30pm. Once you've registered, you can attend any session!

Audience: Supervisors & managers of sexual violence and intimate partner violence (SV/IPV) prevention programs.
