For the past eleven years, the LEAP (Leadership Education and Advancement for Professionals) project has brought leaders of color together to hone their leadership styles, ask questions, and find solutions among a community of leaders of color. Leaders from across the United States and territories will join together again this year to redefine what being an executive leader in the gender-based violence field looks like.

In February of 2024 we will welcome 20 LEAP fellows from California to Puerto Rico. Their passion, leadership, and equitable approaches to supporting survivors and their team alike, will shape the future of advocates and leaders to come. Together, these leaders will embark on an immersive and intensive journey to build skills, confidence, and ultimately, to propel each other forward as leaders in their respective communities. The fellows will engage with a field of experts on topics like, board involvement, finance, strategic planning, organizational and program development, personnel management, and so much more!

The LEAP project team is thrilled to introduce LEAP’s newest cohort. Join us in celebrating the current and future achievements of leaders from LEAP cohort 10:

Stay tuned for more updates from LEAP Cohort 10, starting in February 2024!
