On behalf of the Board of Directors, it is our pleasure to announce that Adriane Lamar Snider has been appointed Executive Director of RARCC. Adriane comes to us from the Orange County Child Abuse Prevention Center where she has been the Executive Director. The Child Abuse Prevention Center serves at-risk children and families in crisis to prevent and break the generational cycle of child abuse. With more than 15 years of experience in administration, budgeting, program management and comprehensive service delivery, Adriane has experience in several agencies including the Jenesse Center, Inc. in Los Angeles, the Violence Prevention Coalition, and the California Alliance Against Domestic Violence in Sacramento, CA. She has served on numerous city-wide boards and committees, focusing on domestic violence. In addition to Adriane’s extensive experience, she comes to us with a rich educational background including a Bachelor of Science Degree from Biola University in Organizational Leadership and Development, a Masters of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, and she was recently awarded an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Union Institute and University for her “lifelong dedication to selflessly serving others”. We are delighted to welcome Ms. Snider to lead the team at RARCC and look forward to getting to know her.
