For the past 18 years, I have been committed to working with at-risk youth and families through program management and supervision, implementation of federal grants, and program compliance. I have trained youth and staff, as well as developing annual training plans to meet state and organizational requirements. My work experience includes Goodwill/Easter Sales, Bethesda Lutheran Communities, EMERGE Community Development, African American Family Services, Community Action Partnership, and Ramsey County Workforce Solutions. I also served for nine years as a Head Start Teacher. I have earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and an Associate of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Studies.
