Sandy T. Williams is the Executive Director at Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center. Sandy’s more than 20 years of nonprofit experience include senior leadership positions in both program and administration. She has spent the past ten years working in gender-based violence, striving toward systems change, implementing and directing programming, enhancing prevention education, and facilitating trauma-informed training. Born to Haitian immigrants, Sandy does not take her role as a community leader and advocate lightly. She has a sincere passion for working with vulnerable populations and strives, through her work, to employ practices that alleviate inequities and levels the playing field. Sandy holds a master’s degree in public administration and nonprofit management and a master’s degree in couple and family therapy.
