from the Council of State Governments Justice Center
The Council of State Governments Justice Center released a new report called, Mental Health Courts: A Guide to Research-Informed Policy and Practice. This guide summarizes the research on mental health court design, function and efficacy. It examines available studies and translates the findings to help policymakers and practitioners understand their design and function, as well as their success.
This project was conducted by the Council of State Governments Justice Center with support from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.
You can download a copy of the report on the Consensus Project courts website or by clicking here.
