Earlier this morning, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger gave his final State of the State speech.
Some of the topics he discussed included, education, prisons, as well as budget and health care reform.
Specifically, the Governor said he will not cut funding for education in his budget. He proposed “a constitutional guarantee that California will never spend more money on prisons than on higher education.”
