I was very sad to hear that Sarah Jarvis, the long-time director of Rape Trauma Services in San Mateo County, passed away earlier this year. Sarah was a long time leader in the field to address and prevent sexual violence. I first met Sarah over twenty years ago as we were part of a group meeting to explore how to strengthen prevention programs.
