CALCASA prides itself on utilizing very knowledgeable and highly trained personnel from the field of working with sexual assault survivors to be dynamic facilitators at training events such as the Volunteer Management Training Institute in February 2010. Jen Adler, RCC Counselor and Volunteer Coordinator – YWCA of Silicon Valley, engaged the participants when talking about the relationship between the volunteer program and the rape crisis center. Within this segment of training small group discussions entailed
