Priscilla Klassen (she/her) was introduced to advocacy work as a member of her campus feminist organization where she organized various campus events that focused on sexual violence including Take Back the Night, SpeakOut, and The Clothesline Project. She worked at her local rape crisis center on the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) and spent over eight years working with adults with Developmental Disabilities (DD).

At VALOR, Priscilla is a Project Coordinator who merges her work in the sexual violence field with her experience providing services in the DD community. She represents VALOR on the California Advocates Leading in Engagement, Accessibility, and Developmental Disability Services (C.A. LEADDS) project alongside The Arc of California. Priscilla also provides technical assistance for California Office on Emergency Services grantees focusing on creating Coordinated Community Response Teams at designated college campuses in California.
