Description

Stalkers are creative criminals who use – and misuse – a variety of technologies to locate, surveil and monitor their victims. Stalking is a traumatizing crime that frequently co-occurs with physical violence – including homicide. This webinar will address common technologies utilized by stalkers, discuss evidence preservation concerns as well as identify effective safety-planning strategies to promote victim safety, focusing on the diverse tactics stalkers may utilize, documentation strategies and safety options for victims and survivors.
