California Advocates Leading in Engagement, Accessibility and Developmental Disability Services (C.A. LEADDS) is a project between the Arc of California and VALOR. The Arc of California advocates for people with developmental disabilities and VALOR supports organizations that provide services to survivors of sexual assault. Our joint vision is that people with developmental disabilities who are impacted by sexual violence across the state of California will have access to services that are safe, barrier-free, and responsive to their needs.

C.A. LEADDS hopes to expand its reach by providing model policy, procedure, and partnership to the disability community across California. Please find the resources and trainings that C.A. LEADDS has produced on the following pages. If you would like to connect about the project, you can reach out to Priscilla Klassen, PKlassen@valor.us

C.A. LEADDS was formed with funding from the Office on Violence Against Women’s disability grant program.
