When and where is the Statewide Conference?

Statewide is being held at The Sheraton Grand Hotel in Los Angeles, CA, on August 26-27, 2026.

Once registration is full, a waitlist will be opened.

You may pay for your registration by card or Venmo. If needed, we will provide an option to pay by check or cash. Please contact valorconference@valor.us for more information.

Lodging & Parking Fees
  • VALOR has set aside a room block at the Sheraton Grand Hotel for Statewide 2026 attendees.
  • To book your room, you must first register for Statewide, and then you will receive a link in your confirmation email.
  • Special Conference Room Rate: $191/night + taxes/fees for 1 person.

    *Each additional person will be charged $20 per room.
  • Valet parking fees are $24 per day
  • The last day to reserve your room at our special conference room rate is August 6, 2026.
  • Please submit any ADA requests for your hotel room through the Statewide registration form.
Accommodations
  • Spanish and ASL interpretation will be available upon request. Please make your request in your registration form.
  • If you are requesting language translation or accessibility accommodations, you must register before July 24th, 2026, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will be able to facilitate your request.
COVID-19 Protocol
Cancellation/Transfer Policy
  • Registration for the VALOR Statewide Conference is fully transferable to another person from your agency until Friday, July 24, 2026.
  • Full refunds for your registration fee are available through July 24, 2026. After that, 50% refunds are available until August 14, 2026.
  • VALOR will not offer refunds for registration after August 7, 2026.
